No laboratory facility for semiconductor analysis can really
be complete without the ability to safely use various chemicals
in processing the samples. SiVenture has comprehensive processing
laboratories featuring an efficient fume extraction hood with
chip decapsulation equipment, heaters, ultra-pure water and
a comprehensive range of chemicals. We also have mechanical
sample preparation equipment such as diamond saws, polishing
and grinding tables and everything required to make SEM
cross-sections or TEM bars for FIB
preparation.
